Customers may return unworn, unaltered, and undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must include their original packaging and any included accessories. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Process

Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure they are received by our facility.

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

4. Exchanges

While we do not offer direct exchanges, you can return an item for a refund and place a new order for a different product. We encourage you to contact our customer service team for assistance in selecting a suitable replacement.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs incurred for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect. In such instances, we will provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to return the defective item, and we will send you a replacement at no additional charge.

7. Final Sale Items

Certain products may be designated as “Final Sale” and are not eligible for returns or refunds. This will be clearly indicated on the product page, and we recommend reviewing these details before completing your purchase.

8. Gift Returns

If you received a product as a gift and wish to return it, you may do so for store credit or a gift card. To initiate this process, please contact our customer service team with the order details provided by the gift-giver.

9. International Returns
